The All Ceylon Jamiyathul Ulama (ACJU) organized a special event titled “Tajdid (Renewal)” on 10th January 2026 at the Dehiwala Jumma Masjid. The gathering aimed to educate mosque trustees, ulamas, media personalities, and the general public about ACJU’s latest projects and strategic direction.
The event was held under the leadership of Mufti M.I.M. Rizwe (Honorable President) and Ash-Shaikh M. Arkam Nooramith (Honorable General Secretary). It highlighted ACJU’s recent structural update where various projects were distributed among its five Vice Presidents to ensure more effective outreach and management.

The event saw the active participation of media professionals, including journalists and digital media influencers, who were briefed on how ACJU plans to improve public communication and transparency through collaborative engagement with the media.
The program concluded with a collective prayer and renewed commitment to serve the community through knowledge, transparency, and unity.
